Thank you for choosing Pan-tastic Studio! We are a small boutique studio dedicated to bringing handcrafted joy to your pets. Here is our shipping guide:
1. Processing & Handling
To ensure the highest quality, we process orders with a "made-to-order" approach. Please allow 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday) for processing, quality inspection, and custom packaging before your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Estimates (U.S. Only)
We ship from our studio in Guangzhou, China, via tracked standard international shipping.

United States: Approximately 12-20 business days once shipped.

Holiday Notice: Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays, extreme weather, or carrier peak seasons (such as Black Friday and Christmas). We appreciate your understanding.
3. Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
4. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the package leaves our studio. You can track your "pawsome" package every step of the way!
5. Customs & Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, packages valued under $800 are typically duty-free. In the rare event that any import duties are applied, they remain the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address & Delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout. Pan-tastic Studio is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact the local carrier indicated on your tracking page for assistance.
