At Pan-tastic Studio, we want you and your furry friends to be 100% happy. Since our cat hats and accessories are handcrafted with love, we have a unique "Happiness Guarantee" to save you time and hassle.
1. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong size/design, please contact us at hello@pan-tasticstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging.
2. No-Return Refund
To reduce carbon footprint and save you the trouble of international shipping, you do not need to return the item to China. If your claim is approved, we will issue a full or partial refund directly to your original payment method.
3. Sizing & Expectations
Each item is handmade and unique. Please check our Size Guide before ordering. If the hat doesn't fit, contact us! We’d rather send you a discount for a new one or offer a partial refund than have you deal with international return shipping.
4. Shipping Issues
Lost in Transit: If your package is lost before delivery, we will resend or refund.
Delivered but Missing:
If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find the package, please check with your neighbors or contact your local post office (USPS) first. While Pan-tastic Studio is not legally responsible for packages stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery, we care about our community! Please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help you file a carrier claim or offer a special discount for a replacement.
Wrong Address: > It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or resend orders that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake in your address, please email us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will update it for you before shipping.
5. Order Cancellation:
Every item at Pan-tastic Studio is handcrafted to order just for your furry friend. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour window, the crafting process (and the magic!) has already begun, and we are no longer able to cancel or refund the order.
